What happens once I place my order?
Every domestic order will come with a tracking number. You should receive a confirmation email after you place your order as well as an e-mail with your tracking number (if applicable) once your order ships. If you don't receive these emails, please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that your order registered in our system.
Most international orders do not come with tracking numbers at this time.
**We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please double and triple-check to make sure that your address is correct and current before paying!
If you notice that your address is entered incorrectly, please notify us before your item ships so that we can change it. Once your item ships, we are unable to change its destination.**
We are not responsible for lost packages.
Our shirts are printed using the direct-to-garment process, which involves printing ink directly onto the shirt.
To preserve the quality of your shirt's print, we recommend turning the shirt inside out when washing and tumble-drying low or air drying.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
2-7 business days is the standard processing time for our items. This is the time it takes for the items to be created and prepared for shipping.
Once your item(s) are processed, the shipping estimates are as follows:
United States: 3-6 business days
Canada: 5-12 business days
Europe and the U.K.: 5-10 business days
Everywhere else: 10-20 business days
Note: If a product is unavailable at our Europe at the time your order is placed, we will fulfill it at our U.S. location, which increases shipping time to 10-20 business days for destinations in Europe and the U.K.
I need my order by X date. Is this possible?
If you need your order by a certain date, please email us at email@example.com FIRST before placing an order so that we can ensure that we have enough time to process and ship your items within your specified time frame.
*Our standard processing time is 2-7 business days, and on top of that our standard shipping time takes 3-6 business days in the U.S.*
Will my items ship separately?
If your order constitutes a combination of different items, such as t-shirts and a mug, your items will ship separately--i.e. your t-shirts will be in one package and your mug will be in a separate package. The packages will arrive at different times.
Each package will come with a separate tracking number, which we will email to you when each package ships.
Custom and personalized orders
Our designs listed are available on a a few different products including tank tops, hoodies, 3/4 sleeve shirts, beanies, and mugs. Please message us so that we can work to create your vision.
What are your policies on refunds/returns/exchanges?
We are only able to accept returns and issue refunds and/or exchanges on misprinted items, items that are the size other than that which was specified at checkout, or items that arrive damaged. This is our policy because the printing company we work with cannot accept returns or exchanges for anything other than these reasons.
If you receive a misprinted item, an item in a size other than that which you specified at checkout, or a damaged item, please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can refund you and/or send a replacement!
I ordered a shirt in a certain size, but it doesn't fit! What now?
If you find that, upon arrival, an apparel item does not fit, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or exchange. We can only refund you or let you exchange the item if you received the wrong size (for example, you placed an order for a Small but received a Large.)
For this reason, we strongly recommend consulting the size chart located in the photo gallery of an item before placing your order.
If you placed an order for one size but received another size, please contact us ASAP so we can refund you and/or send a replacement!
The tracking information states that my package was delivered, but I haven't received it. What can I do?
Once a package is shipped out, we no longer have control of it and cannot assume responsibility for lost packages.
In a case like this, we would recommend reaching out to USPS or the postal carrier in your area to see if they can help you track down your package.
We also recommend reaching out to your neighbors to check if they grabbed it for safekeeping. If you live in an apartment building or gated community, check with the reception area/front desk to see if they have your package.
We ship to the address entered at checkout unless you ask us to update the address before it ships. We cannot change the address on an order once it ships out.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for lost packages.
